That’s exactly what happened with the Emmendorfer family. What began with one custom building evolved into three distinct projects over time, each reflecting new ideas, changing needs, and a growing vision for their property.

The journey began with a custom shop and “man cave,” designed to be much more than a place to park equipment. It combined a spacious workshop with a handcrafted bar, entertainment area, loft storage, and a unique display space for an impressive collection of miniature tractors.

As the family’s needs continued to evolve, they called us again to breathe new life into an existing agricultural building through our BarnFixer™ retrofit system. That project included new steel siding, updated trim, and structural door header modifications that enhanced both appearance and functionality without replacing the entire building.

From there, the next chapter was a dedicated cold storage building, complete with a custom oversized sliding door featuring an integrated walk-through entry for everyday convenience.
