Interlock Steel Structures USA Inc. is seeking a Structural Steel Painter to join our team. If you are reliable, detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a supportive, team-first environment — we want to meet you!

Responsibilities:

  • Lead quality control by being the final set of eyes before priming
  • Mix and apply paint to structural steel frames
  • Maintain paint room equipment
  • Willing and able to send materials back if they are not up to standards
  • Operate forklifts to move materials
  • Help prep hardware (bolts, fasteners, etc.)
  • Cross train to help other departments when needed
  • Support safe, efficient shop flow with your team

Requirements:

  • Experience in industrial or structural steel painting (preferred)
  • Familiar with shop tools, equipment, and safety protocols
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Keen eye to spot and fix imperfections
  • Willing to learn simple welding techniques
  • Being able to withstand the physical demands of the job
  • Dependable, honest, and team-oriented
  • Willingness to learn and grow
